Bojana Stanković, Head of Communications at Smart Vision agency, is one of three experts in the field of public relations who have been honored as members of the jury for this year’s edition of The! Awards, a competition for the best communication projects in the region. In addition to her, Serbia will be represented at this prestigious regional competition by Prof. Dr. Tamara Vlastelica, a professor of marketing management and public relations at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, and Una Perović, PR Manager for IKEA SEE.
The jury also includes Majda Žujo, Director of Corporate Communications at Podravka, Bojana Mandić from the Communications Laboratory agency, and Radovan Klaić from Impressum Communications, who will be representing Croatia. Bosnia and Herzegovina will be represented by Irena Miličević Vukoja from Media Marketing, Aida Šalkić from Beyond Consulting, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sc. Marijan Primorac from the University of Mostar. Slovenia’s representatives in the jury decision-making process will be Anita Kovačič Čelofiga from the Slovenian Public Relations Association, Maja Kalan, Corporate Communications Manager at Lactalis, and Jernej Kovač, Director of PR and Communications at the Ministry of Economy, Tourism, and Sport of Slovenia.
Applications for the competition are open until October 2nd at 6:00 PM and can be submitted by agencies, corporations, non-governmental sectors, and public institutions from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are nine competition categories: public relations in institutions, associations, and non-governmental organizations; public relations for large, small, and medium-sized trading companies; socially responsible business, internal communication, crisis communication, political and digital communication, and event communication. The campaigns submitted must have been implemented in 2022 and can be local or cross-border.
The announcement of the winners and the award ceremony will take place for the first time in person in Split on November 30th, as part of the annual KOMference program organized by the Croatian Public Relations Association.
